National Banana Day is this Wednesday, April 20th and this is another food-centric holiday I can get behind! The delicious fruit makes a great breakfast, perfect snack, and of course a tasty dessert.
And Disney World has some awesome treats featuring this fave- fruit!

50th Anniversary Peanut Butter and Banana Pie- Disney’s Contemporary Resort
Head to Contemop Cafe for this reimagined Peanut Butter-Banana Pie! The resort’s fan-fave treat takes its best ingredients and flips it inside out. A crispy buttery tart crust surrounds decadent banana and peanut butter filling!
A tasty and beautiful gold-dusted chocolate layer tops the sweet filling! And my favorite part? There is a milk chocolate 50th anniversary medallion nestled on tops with more chocolate and delicious pearls.
