Let’s take a look!
Now when I’m on vacation, I like equal parts fun in the parks and relaxing downtime. But I admit I do like to stay active and keep moving for my overall health.
Here are some great ways to spring into fitness when vacationing at Disney!
Take Advantage of Outside Walking Trails
Easy and convenient, no equipment required, and the chance to immerse yourself in your Disney surroundings! Getting outside for a quick walk or jog is the perfect way to get in some fitness.
And how perfect that each of the Disney World resorts offer paved running and jogging trails that weave through the spacious hotels and Disney properties. This is a great option for daily exercise or just to get outside and enjoy the Spring weather.
Immerse yourself in scenic pathways (ranging from .75-4 miles) along manicured greens, picturesque lakes, and colorful courtyards. Simply grab a map from the Lobby Concierge and get moving.
