Disneyland Enforcing Penalties to Key Holder No Shows
Disneyland just announced earlier this week that it will be enforcing Penalties to Key Holder No Shows.
Guests who do not show up for their park reservations at Disneyland or Disney’s California Adventure will lose their ability to reserve future park visits for a minimum of 30 days.
Disneyland Reservations
Disneyland announced earlier this week that it will start enforcing its policy to penalize Magic Key holders who are “no shows” for their reservations.
This policy has always existed, but it has not been enforced until recently. The announcement will (hopefully) cut down on the number of no-shows the parks are experiencing.
Magic Key System
The Magic Key system replaced the Annual Passholder program last August. It requires that all guests visiting the park reserve specific dates to visit the parks.
There are a limited number of reservations available and it is mandatory to have a reservation to visit the park.
Magic Key System Perks
The plus side of the new system is that it allows guests the opportunity to visit the parks frequently without having to purchase for every visit,
This new system replaced the popular annual passports last year. It gives guests a set price for multiple opportunities to visit with more available dates and fewer block out dates.
The biggest change from the annual pass program is that this new system requires users a reservation before they visit Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.
