VIDEO: Let’s Go Behind The Scenes With Mousekeeping
If you’ve stayed at a Disney World resort, you’ve no doubt experienced all those little pixie-dusted details created by Disney’s housekeeping teams or as we like to lovingly refer to them – Mousekeeping!
Disney has recently filmed a video with one of the women behind the Mousekeeping magic who ensures that the Disney magic shines through for our guests.
In the video below you’ll meet Martha at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. She’s been a cast member for over 14 years. As a housekeeping coordinator, Martha works with her fellow cast members on everything from making the perfect bed to the art of towel folding.

“I can create a little magic, when the kids come back and they run to go to the room and find the animal towels that we can do for them, something like a little dog, a bunny, a monkey,” said Martha. “I feel excited when I can see the smile on their face.”
You too could be a part of the Mousekeeping magic at Walt Disney World as they are currently hiring for a variety of full-time and part-time positions. Housekeeping roles are also currently eligible for a limited time $1,000 hiring bonus. Disney World is even holding a job fair on March 15th at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort where you can meet the recruiters in person. You can find more details on the Job Fair here.
