Edison’s Wednesday Mixology Series Continues Through March
Spend your Spring indulging in some incredible libations, awesome eats and some mixology tricks of the trade with a popular series at The Edison in Disney Springs.
Whiskey Cocktails are the name of the game at The Edison’s latest mixology series which will highlight the spicy, nutty and vanilla notes of this timeless spirit. Each beverage will be paired with a savory dish that serves as the perfect complement from Cajun Salmon bites to decadent Desserts.
The event will take place on March 16, March 23rd and March 30 from 5pm to 7pm. The first sampling will be all about Jameson Irish Whiskey , the secod the coffee flavor of Jameson Cold Brew and on March 30th, it’s all about the citrusy notes of Jameson Orange.
Tickets for each of the tastings are $65 per person and space is limited. Guests must be 21 or older to participate.

- Seared pork tenderloin with Jameson old fashioned jam and forbidden fried rice
- Dark chocolate pot de crème with chocolate Jameson orange ganache and cinnamon Chantilly cream
Weather permitting, the event will take place on The Edison’s lakeside patio
