Disney Magic Changes Northern European Itineraries due to Situation in Russia and Ukraine
Disney Cruise Line has changed two of their upcoming Norther European itineraries aboard the Disney Magic for this summer due to the current situation and unrest in Russia and Ukraine.

The Adventures by Disney Amsterdam Short Escape itinerary is comprised of hands-on activities, like a painting workshop following a visit to the Van Gogh Museum and a tile glazing activity at an earthenware factory. Adventurers will also visit quintessential Dutch windmills in Kinderdijk, embark on a canal cruise and taste their way through the trendy Jordaan neighborhood. (Chloe Rice, photographer)
The Disney Magic Northern European itineraries impacted by this change are:
- July 30, 2022: 11-night Northern European
- August 10, 2022: 7-night Northern European

Both sailings will now visit an alternate port instead of a scheduled stop in St. Petersburg, Russia. The exact port(s) that will be swapped out will be announced later this month.
The official statement released by Disney Cruise Line about the change in ports to Guests currently booked aboard the Disney Magic for these sailings states:

Due to the pandemic, the Disney Magic is returning to Europe for the first time in two years for a summer sailing season. This past summer, Disney Cruise Line did offer special “sailings to nowhere” but these were only offered to residents of the United Kingdom.
