Disneyland Paris Reportedly No Longer Requires Guests to Wear Face Coverings
According to various sources online, the wearing of face coverings at Disneyland Paris is no longer mandatory for guests.
If you have been following the enhanced health and safety measures put into place at Disneyland Paris, you’ll know that it has been an epic saga of updates to requirements ever since the start of the pandemic.
We’re so appreciative to Disneyland Paris for keeping guests’ safety at the forefront of plans, but it has been overwhelming to keep track of what the requirements are, and when.
Now, it is being reported by various news outlets that the wearing of face coverings is no longer required by guests at the Disneyland Paris park.
This is the news many guests have been longing to hear, so the reports are certainly being well received!
However, it needs to be pointed out that this information does not currently match that on the official Disneyland Paris website.
There, it says that “the wearing of an appropriate face covering remains mandatory for all guests ages 6 and over.” This is applicable in all areas of the resort, including the parks, hotels, transportation, and in Disney Village, indoors and outdoors.
According to ED92, reports from Disneyland Paris unions are stating that mask wearing is no longer mandatory in the resort. However, face coverings are still recommended, and must be worn on the Disney hotel buses.

If you are planning a trip to Disneyland Paris, we recommend you keep an eye out on official sources and pay attention to signage and Cast Member advice in the resort.
It still remains mandatory for all guests aged 16 and above to present a Vaccine Pass to enter the resort, with guests aged between 12 and 15 to have a valid health pass. More information on this can be found on the Disneyland Paris website here.
Although we cannot confirm whether or not the lifting of face covering restrictions is imminent at Disneyland Paris, we are able to share the news that the 30th anniversary celebrations of the resort are set to commence later this week.
With so many new experiences and events for guests to enjoy, it certainly looks like a magical-filled March at Disneyland Paris!
