Compliment a Cast Member During Your Disney Visit
Did you know that today is World Compliment Day!? There’s still time to pass on a compliment to someone in your life that is deserving. This is also a great time to remind you that every day should be compliment day at Disney. If there are cast members that made your adventures extra magical, there are multiple ways that you can let them know.
Here’s a quick rundown of what some of these options are:
Pay a Visit to City Hall
If you’re at Disney and a cast member has really made your day then why not let them know!? When something goes wrong at Disney, cast members are usually the first people to hear about it. But how about when something goes right!?
Simply pop over to the Guest Relations desk at City hall and speak to a team member who can pass on a message of thanks to a cast member that brightened your day! Oh, and to make sure it gets to the right recipient, also try and get the cast member’s first name and work location. Let the team know where and at what time you interacted with that cast member as well.

Did you know that there’s also a way that you can thank cast members online!? Its also super simple. All you need to do is use #CastCompliment and tag any related official Disney social accounts and your message may just reach the cast member that sprinkled a bit of pixie dust on your day.
Make someone else’s day by sharing how awesome your day ways! It feels great to pay-it-forward.
There’s an App for That!
Disney World is always adding new functionality to its My Disney Experience App. This includes an easy and convenient way to compliment a cast member. There is a Mobile Cast Compliment feature. In just a few clicks you can send your appreciate to individual cast members by their first name and hometown. This makes it easier than every for cast members that go above and beyond to be recognized for their magic!
