Adorable New Animal Squishmallows Bounce into Disney’s Animal Kingdom
If you have kids, spend time with kids, or are a kid, you will probably be aware of Squishmallows – the cutest, cuddliest craze around at the moment!
If you don’t know, a Squishmallow is a squashy, smushy, oversized plush, with the cutest little face. They often come in all kinds of animal designs, so where better place to find them than in Disney’s Animal Kingdom?
This morning, MickeyBloggers were over at the park to explore the first day of eased mask restrictions across Walt Disney World. Whilst passing through the Asia area of the park, they were greeted by the cute button eyes of some of the sweetest Squishmallow plushes ever…
The first plush we spotted is this adorable little tiger, sitting sweetly in a basket.
With cute ears and baby button nose, this tiger almost looks like a stripy kitten instead!
Next to the tiger is this regal zebra Squishmallow, with the sweetest little tuft of black mane sprouting from his head.
Don’t you just want to squish your face right into this adorable plush? I know I do!
Alongside the zebra is an elephant plush. As all elephants should, this Squishmallow has great big ears, but its trunk is strictly 2-D, embroidered on. Perhaps a protruding trunk would have impacted the Squishmallow’s squishiness?
The last plush to be found was this very fluffy, cute thing. As the other animals we found had that “wild” theme, I’m going to assume this is a monkey, but I’d be lying if I said my first assumption wasn’t that it was a llama.
Llama or Monkey, this last Squishmallow sure is adorable!
We found this collection over at Yak & Yeti Bhaktapur Market, where each Squishmallow plush cost $29.99.
If you’re a fan of plushes and the comfort they bring, you should also check out this recent collection of weighted character plushes, available throguhout the parks and online at shopDisney!
Happy squishing!
