Cast Member Compliment Feature Now In My Disney Experience App

Have you ever had an interaction with a Cast Member that went above and beyond for you and wanted to show their recognition somehow? Well, now you can! Disney has introduced the Cast Member Compliment feature on the My Disney Experience app. 

This feature now lets guests compliment individual Cast Members by their first name and even their hometown. To access Mobile Cast Compliment, search “Cast Compliment” in the mobile app.

Make sure to spell the Cast Member’s first name and hometown correctly so the cast member will be alerted, along with their leader, and they can receive their personalized recognition! If you happen to not catch their name, that’s okay, you can still share a compliment about the location or area where your magic happened.

Here’s an example of the recognition cast members will receive, based off original artwork created to support Disney’s global commitment to reimagining the patient experience in children’s hospitals.

This is such an exciting new way to give these amazing Cast Members the recognition they deserve!
