Cosmic Rewind Inches Closer to Completion
After months and months of construction, we are finally starting to see the building that will house Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind the newest coaster coming to EPCOT.
The building, which used to be the home to Ellen’s Energy Adventure is looking pretty pristine these days.
The exterior walls have been made over and having pride of place at the front of the building is a Nova Corps Starblaster.
The Starblaster will be the grand welcome as guests enter the queue for Cosmic Rewind which will be the first of it’s kind indoor coaster for Disney.
New cars will rotate so you don’t miss a minute of the galactic action. You’ll even go backwards!
Here’s a better look at the Starblaster which was actually brought into EPCOT in sections.
We shared images with you last week of it being assembled.
Now it serves as an exciting beacon of the awesomeness to come!
As of yet, Disney has not given us an opening date for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
However, this continues to be a story that we will follow closely and we promise to keep you posted as soon as we’ve heard more!
