BREAKING NEWS: Stroller Rentals are Getting an Upgrade at Walt Disney World
We heard a rumor, but thanks to our visit to EPCOT this evening, we can now officially confirm that Disney World is giving their stroller rental service a bit of an upgrade!
Near the entrance to EPCOT theme park this evening, there is a huge line-up of bright red and yellow strollers that are being brought into the park.
As you can see, these new strollers will feature a bright read body and canopy with black accents and yellow wheels.
We love the new Mickey and Minnie-themed colors!
No word yet as to when these new strollers will be in circulation but we’ll be paying close attention so keep following along!
As you can see from the image below, they are a much needed upgrade over Disney’s previous grey and blue strollers. However, thankfully it looks like they’re equally as spacious, durable and lightweight.
Though it’s hard to see from these images, one side of the fold-out canopy features an image of Minnie Mouse.
And on the other side is Mickey!
At the moment, we are only seeing single strollers, no doubles. However, it could just be that they are arriving to the parks separately!
We’re interested to find out whether the new strollers will have an impact on the rental price at Disney World.
Currently the pricing for a stroller is as follows:
Single Stroller
Recommended for children 50 lbs. or less.
- Daily: $15
- Multi-Day (Length of Stay): $13
Double Stroller
- Daily: $31
- Multi-Day (Length of Stay): $27
A $100 USD credit card deposit is required for strollers rented at Disney Springs.
