FIRST LOOK: Vibrante & Vivido: Encanto Cocina
We need to talk about ‘Encanto!’ As the film continues to win over audiences and tops the billboard music charts, this year’s EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is celebrating Colombian Cuisine with a new food booth.
Even if you aren’t in the mood to pick an item or two of the menu, Vibrante & Vivido features several Encanto-inspired displays that are worth checking out.
This was definitely one of the more popular spots we stopped today.
Entrees Include:
- House-made Chorizo and Potato Empanada – This Empanada is huge and comes with Tumeric and Annatto Aioli!
- Spicy Ajaco Soup – With Guajillo and Arbol Chili-spiced Chicken, Potato, Avocado, Corn and Crème Fraiche.
- Passionfruit Mousse- With Dragon Fruit Jam
Above is a look at the Empanadas!
For beverages visitors can choose form the following:
- Coconut and Passion Fruit Smoothie
- Frozen Pina Colada
- Frozen Passion Fruit Daquiri
Above is an example at one of the Encanto displays you’ll find in the area. This one explains the concept of magical realism.
There’s also one that gives examples of traditional Colombian architecture.
And last, but not least you can find out more about geography and musical styles! We love when dining at EPCOT is both delicious and educational!
