Two More Magic Kingdom Treats Revealed on Instagram
If you were following along with us last week week then you’ll know that Disney Parks has been sharing Instagram stories to give Disney foodies a first look at some of the incredible 50th Anniversary treats that are coming to the theme parks on January 10, 2022.
Here’s a quick countdown of eight of the nine treats that have been revealed to us!
Previously we debuted six treats. We’ll do a quick re-cap before showing you the new goodie for today (and trust us when we say that some things are worth waiting for!)
- Cinnamon Roll – According to Disney, this treat will arrive in all its deliciousness to Main Street Bakery next week (January 10th.) It looks like a Mickey-shaped version of the Cinnamon Rolls we’ve come to know and love from Gaston’s Tavern with a Chocolate 50th Anniversary emblem at the center.
- Slue Foot Sue Fish Sandwich – Next up is this savory sarnie with a variety of delectable toppings. This too will be available beginning on January 10th at the Golden Oak Outpost in the Magic Kingdom.
- Always Tea Time Slush – We love this Alice in Wonderland-themed slushy. We can only image the delicious flavors and love the finishing touch of the tag from Mad Hatters hat! You’ll be able to pick up this technicolor treat at Cheshire Café near Mad Tea Party starting on January 10th.
- Donald Duck Dome Cake- Magic Kingdom has absolutely upped its game with this adorable treat that features all of Donald’s signature colors right down to the red bow and little white tail. We can wait to crack into this petit cake to see what’s inside! It will be at Gaston’s Tavern on January 10th.
- Croque Monsieur Flatbread – Pinocchio Village House at Magic Kingdom has long had a reputation for serving up a mean flatbread and this upcoming goodie looks like it will be no exception. For those unfamiliar a Croque Monsieur is essentially a ham and cheese sandwich. That is exactly what seems to be piled on to this delicious flatbread in the image above!
- Orange and Almond Tart – Today (Sunday, January 9th) Disney Parks Instagram gave us a look at two of the last three treats that will be officially unveiled tomorrow. The first of which is the Orange and Almond Tart at the Pinocchio Village Haus in Fantasyland. This treat looks absolutely delightful topped with toasted almonds and since the restaurant is adjacent to “it’s a small world…” it seems only fitting that it should be topped with one of the signs from the ride!
- Cheers To 50 Years – Never has a toast looked as delicious as this martini glass of deliciousness making its debut at The Plaza Restaurant Tomorrow. There is so much awesomeness going on here that we’ll need to wait until tomorrow to give you a full breakdown. But, some things are worth waiting for and we’re confident that this is one of them.
