Best Disney Resorts for Spring Break
Spring Break is a great time to visit Walt Disney World resort. The weather is usually perfect as the summer heat has not yet kicked in yet.
One of my favorites reasons to visit Disney World during spring is Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival. I love the character inspired topiaries throughout Epcot. If you visit Walt Disney World during springtime certain resorts standout as the best resorts for spring break.
Now is the perfect time of year to start planning your spring break trip.
Yacht and Beach Club
Yacht and Beach club are beautiful all year round but especially during springtime. You can take a quick walk to Epcot anytime when staying at these resorts. The hotel gardens also have beautiful flowers during springtime. And nothing can beat Stormalong Bay during the perfect spring weather months.
Yacht and Beach Club also display chocolate Easter eggs during the spring season. These are intricately designed and displayed in the lobby.
Boardwalk Inn is second on my list because again of its proximity to Epcot. It also has lively nightlife for guests with restaurants, live performers, and nighttime entertainment such as Jellyrolls or Atlantic Dance Hall.
Boardwalk has an excellent location on Crescent Lake where you can walk or take a boat to both Epcot and Hollywood studios. Guests can also hop on the Skyliner if they want to go to Hollywood Studios after a quick walk to International Gateway.
Boardwalk also displays a beautiful chocolate Easter bunny display in their lobby during Spring.
Disney’s Grand Floridian typically has the most ornate chocolate Easter egg display. Similar to the extravagance of the Gingerbread House in the holiday season, the Grand really goes all out with the decorations.
Resort guests of the Grand Floridian can also take the monorail over to Epcot to enjoy the Flower and Garden Festival.
Guests of all Disney resorts can enjoy springtime during Epcot’s Flower and Garden festival. For Disney vacationers wanting a little more Disney magic during Spring Break consider Yacht/Beach Club, Boardwalk, and Grand Floridian on your next trip.
