Pineapple Lanai at the Poly Rings In 2022 With POG Juice Float!
Happy 2022 Disney friends! We thought we’d kick off the new year with a stop of one of our favorite Disney World snack spots – Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Here they are serving up a special holiday treat combining two of our favorite things – Dole Whip and the POG juice you get when having breakfast at ‘Ohana!
This limited-edition treat is called the New Year’s Float!
It retails for $6.49 and in our opinion is worth EVERY PENNY!
Miguel was awesome during our visit this morning and happy to whip up this new treat for us!
This treat is like a ray of sunshine to start the new year!
At it’s base of course is POG juice! This juice is a favorite with Disney regulars and will frequently be served up for breakfast at the Poly as well as other Walt Disney World locations.
For those unfamiliar, POG juice is actually a combination is passionfruit, guava nectar and orange juice and is a wonderful taste of the tropics!
The POG juice is combined with Pineapple Lanai’s famous Dole Whip soft serve.
A healthy sprinkling of multi-colored popping candy is added to the top to start 2022 off with a BANG!
Pineapple bubbles (aka Boba Pearls) are also added to this delectable confection.
The treat is then topped with a 2022 chocolate and a cute little blue umbrella for a Polynesian Style pop of color!
We couldn’t help but smile when tucking in to this treat!
We aren’t sure how long this beauty will be around.
