Everything NEW at Night of a Million Lights This Year
With Christmas Eve just a week away, we want to highlight our favorite off Property Christmas experience over at Give Kids the World Village. Night of a Million Lights is lighting up the Village once again this year- and it’s bigger and better than last year’s inaugural season!
Give Kids the World is open 365 days to critically ill children and their families whose wish it is to visit the Central Florida theme parks at absolutely no cost to them. While Night of a Million Lights was born of the pandemic, the incredible Holiday experience is back again this year with some brand-new twists!
Embark on a Holiday Tram Tour
During last year’s event, the Village was closed and the event was spread throughout the entirety of the property. Now that critically ill children are back at the Village, a tram tour has been integrated to the Night of a Million Lights activities!
Narrated by Jodi Benson (the original voice of Ariel!), the tram tour is an educational tour through the heart of the Village- and it’s included in the price of admission!
Play Games and Win Prizes
This year, outdoor games have been introduced to the festival! While you’re exploring the decorated villas, stop off and try your hand at a water shooting game!
The game is super simple and fun and is perfect for players of all ages. Winners will be treated to the prize of their choice!
Enjoy Expanded Food and Snack Offerings
From Mac and Cheese to carved sandwiches to sweet treats and ICEE’S, make sure you come hungry! This year, the food offerings have been expanded to include items hearty enough for dinner and light and sweet enough for munching while strolling through the incredible light displays.
Marvel at the Dancing Light Show
This year, a dancing light show has been added to the already merry and bright light displays at the Village!
Continuing throughout the evening, make sure to stop by the lake where you’ll find a synchronized light show choreographed to classic Christmas tunes. Tickets for the event are nearly sold out for the remaining two weeks, so hurry over to gktw.org to purchase your tickets today!
