Check Out The New Shops Coming To Downtown Disney District
WOW! Now is a great time to be paying a visit to the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort. This month promises new shops, photo ops and so much more! Let’s dive in and take a look at all of these exciting changes!
Officially Opens Today! Pelé Soccer
Soccer fans of all ages will revel in this stadium-themed store with a wide assortment of soccer gear from renowned sports brands. This soccer specialty shop takes its name from the legendary Brazilian superstar Pele who just so happens to be one of the greatest soccer players of all time.
Inside you’ll find a selection of official club and national team jerseys from around the world along with sports apparel, cleats, balls and so much more. One of our favorite highlights is that you can customize jerseys with your name and number (which we think makes a perfect gift idea for Christmas!)
New! Post 21
Look for this on the East End of Downtown Disney, this new kiosk is the creation of a mother-daughter team from Los Angeles. You’ll find a wonderfully curated collection of modern and design-forward merchandise from this Black-owned business. Be on the lookout for fabulous holiday gifts like Black Santa wrapping paper, mugs, home decor, children’s gifts and graphic tees!
Just Arrived! Boba Fett’s Throne
It’s the show that everyone is talking about and now you can capture the magic of The Book of Boba Fett with a brand new Downtown Disney photo op! You’ll find this limited-time experience just outside the entrance of Star Wars Trading Post. Feel the legacy and power that comes with being the formidable boss of the galaxy’s underworld!
And don’t forget to continue your Star Wars journey at home when The Book of Boba Fett makes its debut on Disney+ on December 29, 2021!
Coming Soon! Lovepop
Be on the lookout for Lovepop opening soon at Downtown Disney. Here you’ll be able to find a wonderful array of 3D pop-up cards, stationery and gifts with that “wow” factor. Lovepop has a reputation for combining engineering and last cut technology to create papercraft works of art! You’ll find more than 400 designs to help make every occassion extra special. Plus, they even have a Disney line of cards and gifts!
