The Bryant Family Continues Disney On Ice Tradition
Family Christmas traditions are special for everyone; however, the holidays are difficult after losing a loved one. But still, Vanessa Bryant treated the Bryant family to Disney On Ice in Anaheim, California last Sunday.
It’s a Family Tradition
Vanessa Bryant is the 39-year-old widow of legendary Los Angeles Lakers star, Kobe Bryant. Apparently, Disney On Ice is an annual tradition for her family.
Smiles All Around
The girls smiled during the entire event. Hence, Natalia (18-years-old), Bianka (5-years-old), and Capri (2-years-old) sat in the front row, ready to see their favorite Disney characters.
Kobe and Vanessa’s beautiful daughters enjoyed some sweet treats with rainbow snow cones bedazzled with Ariel from The Little Mermaid. Also, little Capri is amazed while watching Olaf from Frozen.
Much Needed Fun
Indeed, this was a nice continuation of a Christmas tradition for the Bryant family. Vanessa and the girls did not only lose Kobe, but they also lost 13-year-old Gigi, so it’s been a very difficult time for them.
Sadly, Kobe and Gigi passed away (along with seven other people) in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California on January 26, 2020. Other victims of the crash were pilot Ara Zobayan (50), Payton Chester (13), Sarah Chester (46), Alyssa Altobelli (14), Keri Altobelli (46), John Altobelli (56), and Christina Mauser (38).
Natalia stated that Kobe was “just like the best girl dad ever. I love talking about my dad. It’s bittersweet, but I enjoy talking about him more than it’s sad for me.”

She also continued by saying, “Growing up, my parents made it as normal as possible. Thank God they did. It’s not, ‘Oh she’s Natalia Bryant, she’s Kobe Bryant’s daughter.’ A lot of times they saw me as ‘She’s just Nani.’”
