EPCOT Cast Members Sport Recycled Uniform Shirts
Disney Parks have always supported conservation efforts and protecting Mother Earth. Well, their attempts stepped up a notch since EPCOT Cast Members will wear recycled uniform shirts.
Recycled Uniforms
The shirts appear to be an ordinary, and perhaps bland, green uniform shirt. However, the costume is much more meaningful than most.

The shirts are green in color, and Disney believes they are also green in spirit. In fact, you may be surprised what each shirt is made from…plastic bottles!

Indeed, EPCOT Cast Members will wear green uniform shirts made from plastic bottles that may have polluted our oceans. I’m not sure if you agree, but I think this is a pretty impressive feat!
Disney’s Conservation Efforts
As mentioned earlier, the Walt Disney Company strongly believes in the conservation and preservation of our planet and its inhabitants. In fact, Disney’s Animal Kingdom pushes conservation.

Truly, there are several ways that Disney’s Animal Kingdom works to protect the environment. Examples include recycling, no use of plastic products, reintroducing endangered species, education, and The Conservation Fund, just to name a few.
