‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Debuts Second Trailer…And It’s Amazing!
We’ve all heard the rumors and rumblings through the past few days, and we were all anxiously awaiting this previously announced arrival of a brand new look at the upcoming Marvel adventure, but the wait is over as Spider-Man: No Way Home debuts its second trailer!
The trailer arrived via a fan event held for the upcoming film, and debut to audiences from all the major Marvel accounts, and fans are absolutely stunned at what has transpired.
The trailer showed a better look at what fans can expect from the relationship between Tom Hollands Peter Parker, and Alfred Molina’s Doc Oc.
While also showing that Octtavious is unaware of Tom Hollands Parker, and was shocked to find out about the multiversal interactions.
Fans also got their first look at Green Goblin in his suit, which looks every bit as villainous and menacing as it did during the character’s iconic debut in Sam Raimi’s original Spider-Man film.
One of Spider-Mans most important comic book villains, Willem Dafoe is returning to play the character; a role he excelled at during the original film.
The new trailer also gave fans their first look at some previously unverified characters in the film in the form of Jamie Foxx’s Electro, Thomas Haden Church’s Sandman, and Rhys Ifans Lizard.
All of which we had previously confirmed in IMDB’s unintentional spoiler in the cast list for the film.
The film seems to come down to a moral dilemma arising between Peter and Doctor Strange; with Peter wanting the villains to survive their return, where Strange acknowledges the characters previous death at the hand of Spider-Man
Wanting to protect the delicate balance of the multiverse, Strange wants to ensure they do not stray from the villain’s original timelines, whereas Peter wants to find a way to send them back without killing them.
Although we did get a lot with this new trailer, fans will quickly notice the absence of the previously rumored Toby Magruei and Andrew Garfield; all having been speculated to reprise their respective roles as Spider-Man in the film.
Although we didn’t get any visual verification of their presence, so many of. the previous leaks and spoilers were confirmed in this film, we can’t help but assume that Marvel is saving that reveal for the greater audience.
