BREAKING NEWS: 2022 Military Rates Are Out For Walt Disney World
We’ve got some exciting news to share with you this morning! Walt Disney World has just released Military Room Rates for most stays from January 1, 2022 – December 16, 2022 when you book by December 16, 2022.
In addition special Disney Military Salute Tickets have also been released. Let’s take a closer look at both of the offers:
Military Resort Discount:
Again, members of the US military can enjoy great rates at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels for stays MOST NIGHTS between January 1, 2022 through December 16, 2022.
As in previous years, the number of rooms under this offer are limited and allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Length of stay requirements are a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 14 nights. . Valid Military ID is also required upon check-in and a military member (or spouse) must stay in the room to qualify for the offer.
The offer is for active or retired US military personnel. This includes active or retired members of the National Guard, Reservists, the US Coast Guard, the US Space Force, the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service and the Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Spouses of Military Service Members also qualify if you can present valid and active US Military IDs in the absence of active or retired Military Personnel or Commissioned Corps Members.

Disney World will once again be offering a ticket discount for US Military Personnel. Members of the US Military can choose between a 4-Day or 5-Day Military Salute Ticket for visits in 2022.

- With the Park Hopper Plus Option: $379 plus tax
- With the Park Hopper Option and Disney Genie+ service: $424 plus tax

4-Day Disney Military Salute Tickets
Purchase now through December 16, 2022.

It should be noted that BOTH a ticket and a theme park reservation via the Disney Park Pass System are required to visit the theme parks each day. These reservations are limited and subject to availability.

Important Details About the Park Hopper Option
Guests that purchase a ticket with Park Hopper can visit more than one park each day. However, Disney has made a few modifications as part of their Park Pass system. You can visit the Disney World website here to find out more.
Important Details About Disney Genie+ Service
Those opting to try out Disney World’s new Genie+ service should note that experiences may vary by date and are subject to change. Not all attractions may be available on all dates. Guests can make your first Disney Genie+ experience selection at 7 am on the date of your visit and may only make your next selection once you have used you previous selection. Guests cannot use your pass to ride an attraction more than once. A My Disney Experience account and mobile device are ESSENTIAL to access the Genie+ service.

Where to Get Military Salute Tickets
Disney Military Salute Tickets can be purchased at participating US military sales outlets by Eligible Service Members or their spouses for use by themselves and family members and friends. These tickets may not be transferred, distributed or resold.
“Eligible Service Members” are active or retired members of the US Military, including the National Guard, Reservists, the US Coast Guard, the US Space Force, the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service (PHS), and the Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Spouses of Military Service Members also qualify if they are able to present valid and active US Military IDs in the absence of active or retired Military Personnel or Commissioned Corps Members.
Eligible Service Members (or their spouses) will be required to present valid military identification to purchase Disney Military Salute tickets.
Tickets expire and may not be used after December 16, 2022 and no more than six Disney Military Salute Tickets may be purchased by a service member. In addition, at least one of the six tickets purchased must be used by the Eligible Service member or spouse. Each Disney Military Salute Ticket must be used by the same person on any and all days.
