Walt Disney World Resorts Bring Holiday Magic!
Nobody does the holidays better than Walt Disney World! From the magical Decor to the holiday treats and all the magical touches in between. But did you know you can get a taste of that wonder and magic by just visiting the Walt Disney World resorts and hotels?
The Walt Disney World Resorts bring the magic of this festive season to life and it’s one of my favorite things to experience! Do you have a favorite resort you visit during the holidays? Have you ever checked out the beautiful locations? If not read on! Let’s check out how the Walt Disney World Resorts Bring Holiday Magic to guests.
Immerse Yourself in Seasonal Décor!
This is one of my favorite experiences at Disney World! Whether it is a rainy day or you are looking to spend an afternoon away from busy theme Parks, I highly recommend visiting the lobbies of the hotels. They are gorgeous and decorated with seasonal decorations, iconic trees, and amazing gingerbread displays!
The lobbies and Guest areas at select resorts feature the larger than life gingerbread houses and candy treats that are perfect for this time of year. Be enveloped by seasonal aromas and delicious treats. Many of the locations sell holiday snacks and drink and feature a small gift shop to explore. Perfect!
Indulge in a Delicious Holiday Treat!
It’s not just the theme parks that debut yummy treats this time of year! But the resorts actually get in on the fun too! Think gingerbread goodies, peppermint desserts, and specialty seasonal menu items!
Select locations offer delicious seasonal treats that are perfect to celebrate the holidays. Nosh on delectable desserts and yummy snacks while listening to Holiday sounds around you. Or purchase a special holiday treat to enjoy later. There are plenty of options to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Take Advantage of Holiday Transportation!
Experiencing the holidays at the resorts are convenient and easy with Disney transportation. Make an afternoon of it and visit the resorts and enjoy an evening of fun with a monorail crawl. There are plenty of lobbies, restaurants, and lounges to explore!
The Disney Resort hotels are just minutes away from each other by monorail (and it’s fun). The Resort Monorail stops at the following locations:
- Magic Kingdom park
- Disney’s Contemporary Resort
- Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
- Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
- Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC)
Or take advantage of the complimentary bus, boat, or skyline systems! These options each connect to the resorts in different aways and allow you to experience the holiday fun at your leisure.
Walt Disney World Resorts!
You do not have to be staying on property to experience the beauty and wonder of the resorts this time of year! And there is so much to see and do. Whether visiting a luxury resort or exploring a moderate resort – all of the Disney hotels transform this time of year.
Have a seasonal drink in the Wilderness Lodge and relax by the cozy fire! Hop on the monorail and check out the gingerbread houses and candy displays! Checking out the holidays at the resorts is a great way to spend an afternoon away from the parks or simply checking out everything Disney has to offer!
