With many deluxe resorts reopening their Club Level rooms and lounges, I’ve had a lot of questions about the benefits of booking a Club Level room and what the Concierge can assist with. So I’ve compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions, and I hope you find them helpful as you’re planning your next Disney World vacation.
Is there a concierge at every resort?
YES! There is a concierge in the lobby of every resort, with the exception of Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
At Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, there is a concierge desk at the Reception Outpost and another at Pioneer Hall. At Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, there is a Concierge Desk at Old Port Royale in addition to the one at Custom House.

What can the Lobby Concierge assist me with?
- Park Information such as park hours, parade times, and when fireworks will begin
- Making dining reservations at all table service locations on Disney property
- Assist in making childcare arrangements at the resort’s activity center or arrange in-room babysitting

What are the perks of booking a Club Level room?
Club Level rooms include personalized concierge services, pre-arrival daily itinerary planning, turn-down services, robes and slippers, a daily newspaper, upgraded toiletries, and secure access to the Club Level Lounge.
What does the Club Level Lounge Offer?
The Club Level Lounge, located at each Deluxe Resort, offers an escape from the parks, beautiful views, and a variety of complimentary refreshments throughout the day.
In the morning you can start with a continental breakfast, coffee, tea, juice, milk, pastries, cereal, and possible adult beverages.

Later in the afternoon soda, beer, wine, and snacks are available.
During dinner hours adult beverages, charcuterie, and hot appetizers are available, and for late-night snacking, you can enjoy dessert drinks and a sampling of popular Disney desserts. Maybe Club Level lounges also offer spectacular views of fireworks.
