New Star Traders Tees Celebrate Single Riders, Retro Images
Prior to celebrating the official kick-off of the holiday season at tonight’s very first Very Merriest After Hours event, MickeyBloggers popped by Star Traders in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom to check out the newest t-shirts.
In a solid throwback, a new simple white tee celebrates designs of the Magic Kingdom’s first decade. The Walt Disney World logo spanning across the top of the tee uses a light pink shade that carries over into the ensembles of Donald Duck and Goofy, which is not a standard color for the pair.
Running toward the excitement of the Magic Kingdom, Pluto and Minnie also join Mickey to conquer a day at the whimsical theme park.
The loose-fitting cotton t-shirt retails for $24.99.
In another retro nod, Star Traders also surprised with this defining grey jersey knit tee. With an almost-rearview-mirror design, the logo featured on the new t-shirt celebrates the sun setting on Cinderella Castle. The image appears to come straight out of the commercials of the 1970s and 1980s for the park.
With the iconic logo across the lower corner, the coordinated color scheme fits well with the more subtle background. The t-shirt also retails for $24.99.
For fans of the single rider lines at all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, Star Traders also suprised with a new tee dedicated to those hoping for quicker entry to popular attractions.
The Hidden Mickey used to dot the “i” in this tee certainly adds to the uniqueness of the theme.
With the royal blue font almost blending into the heather gray cotton, the tee also makes a great chocie for those looking for a subtle way to show of their Disney side. It too costs $24.99. Star Traders can be found across the walkway from the Tomorrowland Speedway at the Magic Kingdom.
