These Characters Will Return to Meet and Greets Next Month at Walt Disney World
Recently, Walt Disney World announced the return of live entertainment including the beloved Character meet and greets. Today, I am happy to pass along the Disney Characters that will be returning to see their fans along with their exact locations around the Parks.
Before we get to the exciting details, it’s super important to note that these meet and greets will be a tab bit different than what they were pre-COVID and will be more like a private selfie spot.

Per Disney, “Although the environment is not right just yet for hugs and autographs, you’ll soon be able to have individualized time with some of your favorite characters, getting to visit with them in a themed location and snap a photo or two.”
Even though it’s going to be a little longer before we can give a hug to our favorite Characters, that doesn’t mean the magic isn’t there! Especially the delight on your child’s faces when they see the following.

Meet and Greets at the Magic Kingdom
- Cinderella and Elena at Princess Fairytale Hall
- Rapunzel and Tiana at Princess Fairytale Hall
- Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theatre
As an added bonus, Mickey Mouse will be wearing his EARidescent costume designed just for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary at this meet and greet location!
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, these characters will soon be meeting and greetings their fans once again:
- Minnie Mouse at Red Carpet Dreams
- Disney Junior Pals at Animation Courtyard

While Disney hasn’t confirmed the exact Disney Junior Pals that will be returning, pre-COVID, Vampirina, Doc McStuffins, and Fancy Nancy were all on hand.
Other Parks
So far, Walt Disney World has not released which Characters will be on hand for meet and greets at EPCOT and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
In addition to the return of the always-popular Disney Character meet and greets, the Character Cavalcades will continue to run in each of the four Parks.
While an exact date has not been given when each of these Character meet and greets will return other than November, MickeyBlog will be following closely along and report back as soon as they open. Make sure to keep it here for all of the latest!
