Did a Cast Member Add Some Magic To Your Day? Send Them a Compliment Via My Disney Experience
During Disney’s 50th Anniversary and any time of year, you’re Walt Disney World cast members are working tirelessly to make sure your Disney visit is nothing short magical. One of the best ways to pack back these cast members is to always treat them with kindess!
But if there’s a cast member that has really gone above and beyond and made your day truly special then there’s a brand new way that you can let them and Disney know via the My Disney Experience app!
In honor of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebration Disney has introduced a new system for guests to share positive cast member experiences. With the touch of a button guests can access a new feature via the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Destination Guide in the app.
As you can see above, there’s now a button that says “Share Your Compliment.”
You can then select a positive statement and location from the dropdown menu above that reflects the magic you experienced made possible by the cast members.
As you can see above, the prompts include everything from helping you to celebrate a milestone to going above and beyond to create happiness!
You can also let Disney World know exactly when and where this kindness was experienced by you allowing Disney to pass your feedback on to the cast members involved.

Disney (including the cast members themselves) love hearing about the positive experiences that cast members create each and every day. Since visitors are on the go now more than ever, this added My Disney Experience functionality is perfect as it takes no time at all to pay it forward.
However, Disney wants you to know that if you prefer the old way of sending emails, social media posts etc, that’s fine too! The most important things is that you keep your positive feedback coming! Best of all, as Disney continues to enhance My Disney Experience you can expect more tools that will help you make your Disney stay a breeze!
