Animal Kingdom’s 50th Anniversary Celebration Cupcake Is Truly EARidescent!
Let’s celebrate! The Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration has officially kicked off it’s 18 month long party. Beyond the new entertainment and attractions, there is also fantastic food to enjoy! Today we found this adorable 50th Anniversary Celebration Cupcake that we had to tell you about.
Once you peel away the blue wrapping you’ll discover a delicious lemon cake hiding beneath. Although the frosting is yellow it’s actually vanilla which is a perfect pairing with the flavor of the cake.
When you take a bite you’ll taste the hidden Lemon Chiffon filling inside. Yum!
Of course we have to mention the cupcake is pixie dusted with Celebration Sprinkles. Finally it’s topped with an edible Gold-dusted 50th Anniversary Medallion.

The 50th Anniversary Celebration Cupcake is found at Flame Tree Barbecue a fan favorite quick service location inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. It’s located in Discovery Island on your way to the bridge to Dinoland U.S.A.
It is priced at $5.99 plus tax and it would be the perfect way to end your meal featuring one of Flame Tree’s assortment of smokehouse meat and chicken dinners.

Also, make sure you make your way over to Flame Tree’s hidden seating area that curves around the right side of the quick service location. It’s incredibly beautiful back there and you might even have a perfect view of a performance of Kite Tails or a boat cavalcade that cruises down the Discovery River throughout the day.
