Best Places to Watch New Fireworks Spectaculars at Walt Disney World!
Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration is finally underway! While there are so many exciting things happening from new attractions to delicious treats, one of the most anticipated happenings is the two brand new night time spectaculars at the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT! Let’s talk about the best places to watch these new Disney fireworks spectaculars!
Best Places to Watch Enchantment at The Magic Kingdom
As you know, night time shows at Walt Disney World are more than just fireworks! The new Enchantment show at the Magic Kingdom includes new pyrotechnic technologies and projections that stretch all the way down Main Street, USA!
You have two options for the best viewing spots for this new show. If you really want to see the new Cinderella Castle projections and follow the story of the show, we recommend getting a spot in the hub right in front of the castle. Be warned though, the crowds will be very heavy and you should expect to stake out a spot several hours before the show!
If you’d prefer to see the fireworks and the projections down Main Street, then we recommend watching the show in front of the train station. While you won’t be able to see the projections on the castle as clearly, you will get a better view of the entire show from further back. The advantage of this spot is that you will be able to make a quick exit ahead of the crowd, a huge plus if you’re traveling with a lot of little ones!
Best Places to Watch Harmonious Fireworks Spectacular at EPCOT
The best part about watching fireworks at EPCOT is that you can really snag a spot all the way around the World Showcase Lagoon and have a pretty decent view of the show! Since Harmonious is new, you will really want to get the very best possible spot for your first viewing!
We would recommend grabbing a spot on the bridge connecting France and the United Kingdom! There are also amazing viewing spots in Italy, Norway, Japan and Germany! Especially in the first few weeks of this show, you will need to stake out a spot against the fence early, but we promise it will be worth the wait!
Even better than a specific spot, you will want to be sure that you have a clear view of the circular barge! As long as everyone in your party can see it, you will have a great view of the show!
