Our First Look Inside New ‘Incredibles’-Themed Rooms at the Contemporary
Do we have a special treat for y’all today! The new “Incredibles”-themed rooms opened to Guests today at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and us here at MickeyBlog were the first go inside and take a look!
Before we get to the rooms though, let’s take a look at the magic you will experience when you first step into the freshly reimagined Disney’s Contemporary Resort. And, it all starts in the lobby with this new look:
I just love it!
The refurbishment of Disney’s Contemporary Resort also is noticeable in the elevators:
Once you go through the lobby and take the elevator to your floor and check out your room for the first time, you will be delighted with all of the new “Incredibles” artwork lining the guestroom halls.
How adorable is Jack-Jack?!
Once you step inside your newly-refurbished, “Incredibles” room at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, you will think you have been transported right into the animated feature film with all of these cool touches.
The decorative pillows on each bed features those iconic masks.
The curtains also have designs to blend in with the theme.
The coffee area is also not to be left out of the “Incredibles” theming!

Now, for my favorite part of the room – the bathroom! Just take a look at that double vanity and huge, walk-in rain shower! We have also confirmed that 50% of the rooms will have these spacious showers while 50% of them will have bathtubs. (Pro Tip: If you would like a tub for your visit, you can request one. Requests are not guaranteed but Disney always tries to be accommodating as possible.)
There’s also more “Incredibles” artwork in the bathroom as well.
While a good portion of the rooms in Disney’s Contemporary Resort have received their “Incredibles” upgrade, the refurbishment process is still continuing on a few floors but should be done within the coming days. The Club Level Lounge on the 12th floor has reopened.
