Disney World Announced New Magic Maker- Oscar Cabrera!
It’s a new week and that means we get the pleasure of introducing you to a brand new Magic Maker.
If you’ve been following along with us here at MickeyBlog, you’ll know that Disney is selecting 50 individuals making a difference in their communities and honoring them with a 50th Anniversary visit to Disney World!
Today’s fab 50 honoree is Oscar Cabrera from Burbank, California. Oscar goes out of his way to help everyone he runs into according to his daughters. When Oscar sees someone selling something on the side of the street he stops and buys. He donates all of his clothes to local shelters and when staff at his favorite restaurant come upon hard times he’ll find a way to let a helping hand.
In addition, on Oscar’s last visit to Mexico, he met a family whose daughter had a cleft lip. Wanting to help, he got in contact with project smile to help her organize a surgery and even paid for the family’s hotel rooms and transportation.
To surprise this special Magic Maker, Disney teamed up with influencer Brent Riviera to create a special surprise for Oscar. See the big reveal in the video below:
