The Theming
Be immediately transformed in this Disney hot spot reminiscent of a 1920s electric company. Plush booths, elegant decor, aged machinery, and dimly-lit themed rooms create a steam punk atmosphere that is both sophisticated and fun.
Electro-swing music and live entertainment alternate in the background and the service is personable and friendly!
There are multiple bars and seating areas within the Edison. The venue was not crowded so we were seated upstairs with an amazing view of the stage.
Tasty Craft Cocktails!
The Edison boasts an excellent wine, beer, and cocktail menu that ranges from the classic Old Fashion and Mai Tai to signature drinks, like The Edison and Time Turner!
The Tesla is delicious and features knob creek bourbon, old camp peach pecan whiskey, green chartreuse, and simple syrup. Perfect and not too sweet.
And the Strawberry Fields Forever is the perfect combo of sweet and tart flavors! The cocktail features Absolut vodka, St. Germain liqueur, honey, lime juice, strawberries, mint, and lemonade.
Delicious Eats!
The Edison offers an excellent menu featuring fun, American cuisine. An array of options including shareable appetizers, tasty main entrées, and decadent desserts are available.
And unique items like the DB ‘Clothesline Candied Bacon’ and Electri-fries are excellent starters!

The Organic Tomato Soup and Gooey Grilled Cheese was a perfect choice on the rainy evening! Savor buttery sourdough bread filled with Fontina, Muenster, Gruyère, and Alpine Swiss cheese for a mouth-watering sandwich perfectly paired with zesty tomato soup!
And the Edison Burger was perfect. Indulge in a Signature Beef Blend of Sirloin, Short Rib, and Brisket topped with White Cheddar, Crispy Onions, Smoked Bacon and more.
And the hand-cut Fries were perfectly crispy!
Live Entertainment!
Disney always provides amazing entertainment and the Edison is no exception. One of the best parts about the Edison is the music and live entertainment.

The venue offers live nightly entertainment that includes singers, piano players, and talented performers. The music is fun and upbeat and adds to the steam punk vibe of the restaurant.
