Behind Animal Kingdom’s Mickey Flower Arrangements with CM Edline!

If you follow pretty much any Disney social media account out there, you’ve surely seen countless photos of Edline’s Mickey-shaped flower arrangements on your feed. 

Just yesterday, we spotted Edline at work on one of her creations right near the UP! A Great Bird Adventure Show at Animal Kingdom- and she was kind enough to pose for a photo and chat with our reporter!

Created from all-natural, naturally-fallen plant material, Edline creates Mickey and Minnie Mouse shaped arrangements along the winding pathways of Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Edline told us that she uses all naturally-fallen flowers and leaves that she finds while working. She then finds similar sized and colored pieces that she strategically forms into that famous three-circle shape!

Yesterday, she used dark maroon and orange flower pedals that gave Mickey a very natural and earthy look, perfectly matching the overall aesthetic of Animal Kingdom. 

It goes without saying that her magical arrangements put smiles on guests’ faces- and we got grabbed photo evidence of the smiles Edline’s Mickey-shaped flower art create every day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Thanks for spreading the magic through your art, Edline!
