You’ll Be Feeling the Force of Our Next Fab 50 Statue
We’ve got the perfect Friday treat for all you Star Wars fans! Disney is back with a another Fab 5o announcement and it’s coming to you from a galaxy far, far away. By that we mean the planet of Batuu, home of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
Disney took to Instagram with a little help from Walt Disney World’s newly appointed ambassadors for the following announcement:

Hurray, we love that our favorite little droid friend BB-8 has been bestowed with the honor of representing the Star Wars franchise as one of the Fab 50 golden statues that will adorn the theme parks for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary! We can almost hear him beeping with delight!

Best of all, BB-8 shouldn’t be lonely at all…we previously revealed that R2-D2 has also been given his own statue. As a matter of fact, each day a NEW Fab 50 statue is revealed. Let’s take a look at who has made the ranks so far!
