Disney Dream 4-night Itinerary Change
Sailings: 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4
Dear Guest,
All of us at Disney Cruise Line hope you and your family are staying well. We are reaching out with important information about your upcoming 4-night sailing aboard the Disney Dream.
As you may know, the health and safety of our Guests, Cast Members and Crew Members is a top priority. We are resuming sailing in a gradual, phased approach that emphasizes multiple layers of health and safety measures, developed in consideration of guidance from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other medical experts.
As part of our phased approach, we have temporarily modified the itineraries of select Disney Dream sailings to include an additional day at our private island, Castaway Cay instead of visiting Nassau, The Bahamas. Your revised sailing itinerary is below.
Monday – Port Canaveral, Florida
Tuesday – Day At Sea
Wednesday – Disney Castaway Cay
Thursday – Disney Castaway Cay
Friday – Port Canaveral, Florida
For sailings to the Bahamas beginning September 3 until November 1, 2021, The Bahamas will require that all cruise ship passengers ages 12 and older be fully vaccinated in order for a ship to be allowed entry into any of its cruise ports, including private islands like Disney Castaway Cay. To comply with this new requirement, all Guests ages 12 and older on your sailing must be fully vaccinated to board the ship.
Guests must provide proof of vaccination by uploading their vaccination card to the Safe Passage by Inspire website no later than 24 hours before their sailing. Guests under the age of 12 must still provide proof of a negative lab-based COVID-19 PCR test taken between 5 days and 24 hours prior to the sail date by uploading their test results to the Safe Passage by Inspire website. They will also be required to undergo a second COVID-19 PCR test administered by Inspire Diagnostics at the terminal prior to boarding.
If you have not done so already, please download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or go online to make advance reservations that are necessary for participating in youth activities or reserve premium experiences like beverage tastings and dinner at Palo. At this time, we are still finalizing some of the onboard activity offerings and Port Adventures for your sailing and encourage you to continue checking back as new inventory becomes available.
We look forward to welcoming you aboard soon!
Sincerely,
The Cast and Crew
