‘Shang-Chi’ Features Two Post Credit Scenes; ‘Integral to MCU Phase 4’
Marvel’s newest film is set to debut after a year of delays and uncertainty, it appears that the film will still follow the same MCU formula as Shang-Chi features two post-credits scenes!
We’re just over a week away from the big screen debut of Marvel’s newest hero and fans couldn’t be any more excited.

Despite constant delays to the official release date of the film, and uncertainty surrounding the distribution model the film would be opting for; Shang-Chi has experienced a most tumultuous journey to its feature film debut on September 3rd.
It appears, however, that this entire journey will be well worth it; with early reactions pointing to Shang-Chi being one of Marvel’s clearest triumphs.

Alongside the unprecedented action sequences, top-notch comedic moments, and narrative complexities of the father-son relationship at the center of the story; Shang-Chi also boasts a vitality to the MCU because of how his story develops over the course of the film.
Brandon Davis says as much on Twitter; noting that the movie- for as spectacular it is as a stand-alone time- is essential viewing for those seeking to keep up with all Marvel phase 4 entries.

The films’ credits scenes seem to be the major focal poitn of that sentiment.
With the MCU in total flux following the events of the Loki season one finale, it appears that everything is slowly connecting into some kind of multiversal war.

We’re unsure if the destruction of the mutliverse will have a place in Shang-Chi, but we do know that everything that is happening iwtin the MCU is leading towards the events of Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness; which should be the ultimate culmination of the multiverses destruction.
Could the post credits scene somehow involve the star of that film, Doctor Strange, appearing? Could the post-credit scene somehow contain important information regarding the heavily anticipated Spiderman: No Way Home?

It’s unclear, based on the limited promotional material we have, to pontificate on what the after credits could mean for the MCU moving forward, while its also impossible theorize what occurs in this next MCU film that will carry through the extent of Phase 4.
With news surfacing that Shang-Chi will feature two post credits scenes, the only answers to the questions of their importance we can hope to gain, will be gained September 3rd, when we all witness the rise of a new Marvel legend.
