Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure Will Open With a Virtual Queue System
Disney has just announced that when Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure opens in EPCOT on October 1st, it will open with a virtual queue system similar to Rise of the Resistance. With the exciting announcement of the upcoming Disney Genie service debuting this fall, no details have been announced yet as to how the virtual queue system will work. A stand-by queue will not be available upon opening.

If you aren’t familiar with the virtual queue system, it’s just as it sounds, all virtual lines so you don’t have to wait in physical lines. Guests will obtain their pass or virtual spot in line via the My Disney Experience app or the new Disney Genie system if it launches by October 1st.

It will be the same process as obtaining a boarding group for Rise of the Resistance. Guests with a valid ticket or pass and theme park reservation who will start their day at EPCOT can access the virtual queue system via the My Disney Experience app and check for an available boarding group starting at 7:00 AM on the day of their park reservation. This can be done before you arrive at the theme park. If you are unable to join the morning virtual queue opportunity, you may check for an available boarding group starting at 1:00 PM that day after you have entered the park.
