New Halloween 2021 Collection Pins Bring Spooky Season Fun to Walt Disney World
Forget collecting candy – Halloween should be all about collecting Disney Pins! This morning, we were thrilled to see that a huge range of new merchandise had arrived in the Magic Kingdom for Halloween 2021.
That includes some brand-new, limited-edition pins. Let’s go check out what treats are in store…
The first pins we spotted made up this adorable set of two, and they couldn’t be more fitting to the Hallween season. Each pin is a mouse-eared Jack-o-Lantern, resembling Mickey and Minnie. These are bright orange in color with purple, black and green detail, and the ears are sweetly patterned in polka dots and checkers.
If you haven’t already seen the new Mouse Ear headbands which have been released for the Halloween season, these adorable pumpkin pins match those perfectly!
The next four pins we spotted all match, each featuring Mickey and his gang getting up to some spooky, Halloween mischief. This first pin features Mickey carrying a huge stack of grinning pumpkins. He’s wearing a snazzy orange Halloween suit with a long black cape, and looks particularly ready for the first Boo Bash at the Magic Kingdom tomorrow!
The second pin in the collection features Goofy, who looks like he’s having a rather frightful time indeed! Dressed as a scarecrow in an eerie forest under a full moon, Goofy only seems to be attracting the pesky crows.
The next pin in the set features a loving Minnie Mouse, cuddling the adorable black cat Figaro from Pinocchio. Minnie is even dressed as a cat herself here, almost as if she was celebrating International Cat Day yesterday as well as Halloween!
This pin shows an angry-looking Donald, who is inexpertly juggling a huge pile of pumpkins. These pumpkins look just like the ones we spotted decorating Main Street, U.S.A. earlier this week!
Last in this particular collection are – you guessed it – Chip and Dale. You can’t go anywhere without these two! This set of two pins includes both of the chipmunks, each dressed as an adorable Jack-o-Lantern.
The next pin we spotted was this abstract design of Cinderella Castle, which has been formed out of stacked pumpkins. The colors are lovely and fall-inspired, including shades of orange, green, cream and purple.
As cool and unique as this pin is, we can’t help but feel relieved that this isn’t the route the Imagineers chose to go down when reimagining the Magic Kingdom for the park’s 50th anniversary!
Next up comes this adorable set of four ghost pins. These are the cutest little ghouls, with the sweetest smiles and each dressed up as Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy. These are so heartwarming and look great as a set!
This MARVEL Halloween pin features Groot and Rocket from Guardians of the Galaxy. The bewildered Groot and vaguely rabid-looking Rocket are at a haunted house surrounded by eerie ghosts, and the phrase “Happy Haunting” is spelled out in chilling font across the pin.
Last but not least is the adorable Star Wars pin, featuring Grogu (more commonly known as Baby Yoda) from The Mandalorian. In this pin, The Child is using his powers on a stash of colorful candy – he must be out doing some intergalactic trick or treating! Look closely and you will see that each candy piece has a Star Wars icon on it, can you spot the TIE-Fighter?
If you are planning on adding any of these pins to your Halloween lanyard, we spotted these over at The Emporium in the Magic Kingdom.
It is worth knowing that these are being sold with a strict ‘Two Per Item, Per Guest’ policy. Pins, especially limited-releases, usually sell out rather quickly – so don’t miss out!
