Mexico Global Marketplace at the 2021 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival
As we continue our tour of the Global Marketplaces at the 2021 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, we make a stop at the Mexico booth. And, as you would expect, there’s definitely a fiesta in store for all Guests who stop by this Global Marketplace!
The menu for the Mexico Global Marketplace features several specialties from south of the border including tacos, beers, and margaritas, and more!
Mexico Global Marketplace at the 2021 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival – Food
- Chilaquiles con Chorizo: Crispy corn tortillas tossed in salsa verde and Monterey jack cheese topped with crema Mexicana, queso cotija, pickled onions, and ground chorizo. $7.00
- Taco de Ribeye: Shaved ribeye, red onions, and poblano peppers on a corn tortilla with rachera salsa, cotija cheese, and chives.
- Capirotada de Chocolate: Abuelita chocolate bread pudding served with a chocolate créme anglaise. $5.50
Mexico Global Marketplace – Alcoholic Beverages
- Mexican Craft Beer: Tulum Artisanal Lager crafted with citrus notes and made with Mexican Caribbean Seawater. $5.00 for 6 oz and $9.50 for 12 oz
- El Tigre Margarita: Ojo de Tigre Mezcal with pomegranate, Prickly Pear, pineapple, and ginger juices served on the rocks with a hibiscus salt rim. $11.50
- La Clasica Reyes Margarita: Centinela Blanco Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, Abasolo Corn Whiskey, lime juice, and agave nectar served on the rockets with a chile piquin salt rim. $11.00
- White Passion Fruit Sangria: White wine, Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur and a hint of illegal Mezcal. $10.00
The Mexico Global Marketplace is just one of several Guests can experience at the 2021 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival! This year’s Festival kicked off today, Thursday, July 15 and will run until Sunday, November 20, 2021.
