Flavors From Fire Marketplace at the 2021 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival Hosted by the NFL on ESPN
The 2021 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival kicked off today at Walt Disney World. And, as always, MickeyBlog is on the scene to bring you a preview of the Global Marketplaces for Guests to sip and snack on sweet and savory treats including the Flavors from Fire booth hosted by the NFL on ESPN.
Guests visiting the Flavors from Fire booth will score a touchdown when they sample these delicious dishes that are designed to tackle even the toughest appetites.
Food options from the Flavors from Fire Global Marketplace at the 2021 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival include the following:
- The Corned Beef Corner Route: Smoked corned beef with crispy potatoes, cheese curds, pickeled onions, and beer cheese fondue. $5.50
- The Chimichurri-up Offense: Charred chimichurri steak on a smoked corn cake with pickled vegetable slaw and cilantro aioli. This option is gluten and wheat allergy friendly. $7.25
- The S’mores Whoopie Pie-lon: Smoked chocolate cake, graham crackers, marshmallow, chocolate ganache, and candied bacon. $4.00
The Flavors from Fire Global Marketplace also has three alcoholic drinks to tackle your thirst:
- Saugatuck Brewing Company Bonfire Beer – Douglas, Michigan $5.00 for a 6 oz and $9.00 for a 12 oz
- Four Virtures Bourbon Barrel ZInfandel – California $6.00
- Swine Brine featuring Jim Beam Bourbon $11.00
