Additional COVID-19 Requirements for Disneyland Paris
Recently, French President Emmanual Macron announced new health and safety guidelines to reduce spreading the Delta variant of COVID-19. Therefore, there are additional COVID-19 requirements for Disneyland Paris.

The Health Pass
Now, the EU Digital COVID-19 Certificate, also known as the health pass, is mandatory in all culture venues, such as cinemas, theaters, and concert halls beginning July 21, 2021. In addition, the health pass is mandatory in cafes, shops, restaurants, trains, planes, and other places beginning in August.

France’s health pass launched on July 1; it facilitates travel within Europe to ease the requirement of undergoing multiple tests. Hence, it allows vaccinated individuals to receive a QR code as official proof.

Beforehand, only gatherings of more than 5,000 people mandated the health pass. Now, it is a requirement for all leisure and cultural settings with more than 50 people.
Mandatory Adjustments
Disneyland Paris remains open and their flexible commercial conditions still apply; however, the new measures require them to adjust their operations. Basically, the flexible commercial conditions allow Guests to reschedule their arrival date and make a new booking; therefore, they will benefit from Disneyland Paris’ Special Rebook Offer (with conditions).

Of course, President Macron has concerns about the pandemic’s strong uptake in France, including its overseas territories. The Delta variant is three times more contagious than the original COVID-19 strain; therefore, the virus continues to circulate throughout France.
