When You Gotta Go, You Gotta Go: A Guide to Companion Restrooms in Disney World
Did you know that Disney has over 100 restrooms in the parks alone? Plus, each one of those 100 restroom locations has at least one handicap stall? But, the best news is there are also 30 separate Companion and Family restrooms in the parks as well.
Disney has always been known for its inclusiveness and family-friendly ways. Their parks are designed with guests in mind and their restrooms are no exception.
There are multitudes of reasons why these Family and Companion Restrooms are so important and useful, so I’ve compiled a list of locations for anyone who may find it helpful. It’s also good to note that all of these Companion Restrooms are housed in the same building as the traditional restrooms, but are clearly marked and have a separate door.
Magic Kingdom
Of the 27 restroom locations in Magic Kingdom, 9 of them offer separate Companion and Family Restrooms nearby. These locations are as follows.
- Pinocchio Village Haus
- Fantasyland Railroad Station
- Magic Kingdom First Aid
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Rockettower Plaza Stage
- Splashdown Photos
- Enchanted Forest
- City Hall
- Near “It’s a Small World”
Epcot
You’ll find 27 restroom locations in total in Epcot, with 8 of those locations offering a Companion Restroom. The locations are listed below for your convenience.
- Future World East
- Future World West
- Germany Pavilion
- Morocco Pavilion
- Spaceship Earth East
- The Land 1st Floor
- Rose Walk- by the Refreshment Port, just before Canada
- France Pavilion
Hollywood Studios
Over in Hollywood Studios, there are 23 total restroom locations. 8 of these locations have a Companion Restroom attached for guests’ convenience. You’ll find them at these locations.
- ABC Sound Studio
- Walt Disney Presents
- Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster
- The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
- Toy Story Land
- Sunset Showcase
- Blackspire Outpost Market

Animal Kingdom
In Animal Kingdom, there are 23 total restrooms available for guests, with 6 of these locations offering a Companion Restroom. These 6 locations are as follows.
