VIDEO: New Jungle Cruise Trailers and Posters Just Dropped!
We are counting down the days until one of our favorite Magic Kingdom attractions comes to life the new live-action feature film The Jungle Cruise starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Emily Blunt!
As we inch ever closer Disney is releasing new trailers and posters for the film and the film looks absolutely amazing! Let’s take a look at the new media that dropped this morning.
The first of two trailers focuses on your skipper for this exciting adventure – Frank. Played by Dwayne Johnson, the Rock is even on hand to give a brief intro!
The second trailer is all about Emily Blunt’s character Dr. Lily Houghton:
In addition, a new The Jungle Cruise line of posters have just dropped and perfectly capture the wonderful sense of adventure that filmgoers will experience when the movie makes its debut on Disney+ and in theaters on July 30th. There is a stunning array. Let’s check them out starting with Proxima!
Next it’s Oscar-winning actor Paul Giamatti who plays Nilo in the film.
Then there’s Jesse Plemons as Prince Joachim
Edgar Ramirez will be taking on the role of Aguirre.
Jack Whitehall is taking on the role of McGregor Houghton.
And last but not least is Emily Blunt as Dr. Lily Houghton
And of course Dwayne Johnson as Skipper Frank.

The movie is inspired by the classic Disneyland and Walt Disney World attraction. Guests can expect an “adventure-filled, rollicking thrill-ride down the amazon” with your wisecracking skipper Frank Wolff and researcher Dr. Lily Houghton.
Lily travels from London to the jungles of the Amazon where she hires Frank to guide her down the river on La Quila (a ramschakle but charming boat.) Lily is in search of an ancient tree which could change the future of medicine. This unlikely duo are thrust together on an epic quest filled with danger, supernatural forces, and so much more.
