Trails End To Open on July 17th
Yee-haw! Trail’s End Restaurant at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort will reopen July 17 with hearty family-style skillets for breakfast and dinner.
Trails End has long been my go-to spot for breakfast and I can barely contain my excitement that its making a return!
You can start your Walt Disney World stay off right with a fresh pastry basket, berry granola parfait and more before family start skillets arrive at your table brimming with smoked brisket, eggs, bacon, sausage and potato casserole. Oh and of course there’s MICKEY WAFFLES!
For those that like a little libation to get you started, Trails End will also offer some Moonshine Morning Cocktails. One to be on the lookout for is the Pioneer Mimosa made with passion, orange and guava juices and some Mountain Mary moonshine.
Let’s move on to dinner! Guests for dinner can expect a rootin’ tootin good time. Dinner kicks off with hushpuppies, skillet cornbread and a chopped garden salad! Then it’s time for the family-style Smokehouse Skillet with pecan-smoked brisket, rotisserie chicken, andouille sausage, fingerlings potatoes, green beans and buttered corn on the cob. Other highlights include Port spare ribs, peel n’ eat shrimp and cornbread-crusted salmon.
Oh and save room for dessert as the Covered Wagon Sundae with ice cream, toppings, brownies, cookies and chocolate covered bacon is simply not to be missed!
Disney has yet to reveal when Trails End will be available to book. Keep checking in with us and we promise to keep you posted!
