Times for Walt Disney World Fireworks Announced as Park Hours Extended
I don’t know about you, but I am still reeling from the announcement that firework spectaculars are back at Walt Disney World on July 1! To get us even more excited, Walt Disney World has just announced the times Guests will be able to view the fireworks each night and have even extended park hours at three of the four theme parks!

Beginning July 1, Guests at the Magic Kingdom will be treated to “Happily Ever After” each night at 9:15 pm through July 31. Times for August and beyond have not been released yet.

“EPCOT Forever” at EPCOT
“EPCOT Forever” will be shown nightly at 10 pm in, of course, EPCOT through July 31. “EPCOT Forever” will be a temporarily replacement until “Harmonious” debuts sometime later this year. My guess is it will premiere just in time for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebrations that begin on October 1.

Starting Friday, May 24, the Tree of Life awakens each evening with a new story inspired by “The
Lion King” at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The new story will include beautiful
projections on the iconic tree featuring music and animation paying tribute to the classic film. (David

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park Hours for July 2021
As mentioned, Walt Disney World has extended their park hours for three out of four theme parks through July 31. While no fireworks are offered at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, they have still extended the operating hours for a close time of 7 pm instead of 6 pm. These new hours are in effect from July 4 to July 31.

As July approaches, the Magic Kingdom has changed their park hours to open at 8 am on June 27 to June 30 instead of 9 am. The closing time for these dates will remain at 9 pm.
Once “Happily Ever After” begins on July 1 and through July 10, the Magic Kingdom will offer two hours extra of magic in the evening as it will now close at 11 pm.
