Disney College Program Welcomes the Arrival of the Newest Cast Members
Yesterday, the Disney College Program welcomed the arrival of their newest Cast Members into the program, and it was a special time for everyone involved. The participants were welcomed to their new housing complex at Flamingos Crossing by special goodies from the company, music, and lots of fun.

Today was truly an exciting moment, welcoming back the Disney College Program and celebrating the arrival of our newest Cast Members. It was energizing to meet with some of these exceptional students and hear their excitement for starting their own Disney journey. So many of our leaders began their careers on the College Program, and I’m proud to see it continue to develop even more Cast for the future. As our industry and community continue to bounce back, we are focused on continuing our phased reopening and getting more people back to work. Flamingos Crossing is the new housing complex for the Disney College Program participants. The complex has spacious apartments that include 2 to 4 bedroom apartments. Each apartment comes with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, smart tv, and a washer and dryer. They are also fully furnished with couches, tables, chairs, and beds. The kitchen is fully stocked as well with utensils, plates, and cookware.

The state-of-the-art complex itself has a wide range of amenities. There are quiet study rooms available throughout the buildings. There are walk-in pools, a 12,000 square foot fitness center, athletic courts, outdoor kitchens, and grilling stations.
