It’s Time To Ride WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure
The moment has arrived Disney friends! Our boarding group has been called and we finally able to enter the queue for the Avengers Campus new headlining attraction, WEB SLINGERS – A Spider-Man Adventure.
Boarding Groups are displayed on boards like this in the Avengers Campus.
There is a large queue spillover area of WEB SLINGERS but at the moment it is not in use.
As you can see from the queue, signage is up for Single Rider and Stand-By queues.
However, due to the popularity of the ride a virtual queue system is currently the only way to get access to the attraction.
Even when your boarding group is called, you still need to do a bit of queuing at the attraction.
Above is the signboard for the attraction. For parents with small children, there is no height restriction for this ride.
WE love all of the incredible details like the spider webs that have been slung outside the building.
Here’s a look at some of the hi-tech props that you’ll find as you enter the WEB building.
Here’s a web warning from Peter Parker himself!
Here’s another look at the front of the WEB SLINGERS warehouse. Behind the queue you can see the Worldwide Engineering Brigade which is the place to go to stock up on the latest Marvel items including items that can alter your WEB SLINGERS experience when you bring them along on the ride.
There is an indoor queue as well which does get a bit congested as you wait for the pre-show.
And we’re in!
Once inside there is a pre-show feature Spider- Man himself.
It is so nice to see that Tom Holland was involved in the ride!
The details along your indoor queue route are amazing. Just check out the lockers used by the WEB Recruits!
3D glasses are required for this attraction and you pick them up along your route.
Above you can also see dry-erase boards detailing the Spider-Bots which is what you’re on the hunt for during this ride.
Once you get into the boarding area there is signage that walks your through the art of slinging webs!
Here you can see guests boarding the ride vehicles. Social distancing is no longer required on these attractions meaning that ever available row is filled.
We could barely contain our excitement as we inch ever closer to boarding!
The cast members did a fantastic job of managing the constant crowds.
The ride vehicles are brilliantly done and really capture that comic book aesthetic.
In the image below you can see inside the ride vehicle.
As you can see there are two groups that board per ride vehicle like on Toy Story Midway Mania.
Above you can see the boarding process.
These luckyd web slingers look ready to go!
In the picture below you can see the safety bar that goes across even the littlest of riders!
It’s finally our turn Disney friends!
We wish we could leave you with all of the incredible details of the ride itself but a phone signal is definitely patchy inside.
However we’ll leave you with a look at Greg and Elyssa’s score during their first go-around!
