Briana Middleton Cast In Beauty and the Beast Prequel Series
We’ve got some exciting casting news for the Beauty and the Beast prequel for Disney+ which will begin shooting in the UK in just a few months.
According to Illuminerdi, the series will be titled Little Town and Briana Middleton has just joined the cast! Though details remain scarce we are told that the actress will play a 19-year-old character named Tilly.
Middleton first started acting back in 2015 and has recently started to create a buzz for her roles in The Tender Bar and The Last Will and Testament of Charles Abernathy.

Details remain scarce for the series but we do know that it’s primary focus will be on the relationship between Gaston and his loyal sidekick LeFou. Here at MickeyBlog, we have previously confirmed that Josh Gand and Luke Evans will be reprising their roles from 2017’s live-action release of Beauty and the Beast.
There has also been a murmuring in the industry that Emma Watson may be returning to her role as Belle in a cameo for the series but this remains just a rumor for now.
There will apparently be 8 episodes of the series and it is expect to debut on Disney’s streaming network in late 2022.

We also know that Alan Menken is working on the music for the Disney+ series and that Liesl Tommy will helm the project. Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz (Once Upon A Time) are set to co-write and serve as showrunners.
Gad will also serve as co-writer on the project, with Horowitz, and Kitsis executive producing.
