VIDEO: Check out the Latest Trailer for Monsters at Work
With the premiere of Loki on Disney+ this week, the next series that we are setting our sights on is Monsters at Work based on Pixar’s beloved Monsters Inc. films.
The series is slated to brig the laughs to Disney+ starting on July 2, 2021 and to give us a taste of the awesomeness in store, a new trailer is making the rounds on YouTube..
You can check it out below:
As we previously shared here at MickeyBlog, the series will take place after the events of Monsters Inc. where if you remember Sulley, Mike and the rest of the gang are now harnessing the power of laughter- not screams! The film will follow Tylor (Ben Feldman) and Millie (Aisha Tyler) who have just graduated from Monster’s University.and have gone to work for Sulley and the gang as new recruits. But their schooling prepared them to scare rather then amuse the kids so as you can imagine confusion (and hilarity) ensues.
A highlight of this Disney+ series is the fact that both John Goodman and Billy Crystal have returned to voice Sulley and Mike Wazowski. Joining them are other original members of the voice cast including Jennifer Tilly (Celia), John Ratzenberger (Yeti) and Bob Peterson (Roz.) New cast member in addition to Feldman and Tyler are Mindy Kaling (Inside Out), Henry Winkler, Lucas Neff, Alanna Uback and Stephen Stanton.
Monsters at Work is produced by Disney Television Animation with Bob Gannaway (Mickey Mouse Clubhouse) executive producing along with Ferrell Barron as producer. Rob Gibbs and Kat Good are directing.
