Celebrate National Donut Day With These Awesome Treats
It’s National Donut Day Disney friends and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than by sharing with you some of our favorite Disney World donuts! So next time your visiting the parks bring your appetites and give one of these gorgeous treats a try.
Peanut Butter Explosion – Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew- Disney Springs
Everglazed is the newest Donut Shop on the block and has become so popular with regulars and visitors alike that it’s not uncommon to see a lengthy virtual queue just to get inside!
You can’t go wrong with any of the donuts here but one of our favorites has to be the Peanut Butter Explosion. It features a chocolate iced donut, peanut butter chips, crushed Reese’s Cups and chocolate peanut butter frosting.
Mini Donuts by Joffrey’s Coffee – Blizzard Beach
Though a water park may seem like a curious place to go for donuts it is actually one of Blizzard Beach’s signature treats! At the donut shop you can order up fresh, warm and cinnamon sweet mini donuts by the dozen or half dozen. They come with a series of dipping sauces including chocolate, raspberry and white chocolate.
Pride Donut – Joffrey’s Coffee – Ticket and Transportation Center, Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs Landing
Since it is Pride Month we just had to include this colorful donut from Joffrey’s! You get one of Joffrey’s famous glazed donuts with a stunning rainbow drizzle. This treat will only be available this month so grab it while you can!
Joffrey has several locations around Walt Disney World but you’ll find this beauty at their Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom (Tomorrowland) and Ticket and Transportation Center locations!
Fleur de Lys (France)- EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival
EPCOT’s annual festivals are a great place to search for your favorite treats including donuts. Head over to the Fleur de Lys outdoor kitchen at the France Pavilion during the Flower & Garden Festival which runs until early July.
This spot is serving up a delicious Beignet Carmelise, Fourré Crème Vanille, Glacé au Caramel Fleur de Sel. It is essentially a caramelized Beignet filled with Vanilla Cream and Glazed with Caramel Fleur de Sel.
House-Made Doughnuts – Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ – Disney Springs
One of our favorite places to stop for brunch is at Homecomin’. Among the tasty treats being served up here every weekend are house-made doughnuts that are simply divine.
These mini iced donuts are piled with pecans, bacon and a drizzle of house-made caramel. They are dusted with sugar and served with spiced can syrup and seasonal fruit!
Donuts – Erin McKenna – Disney Springs
For Vegetarians, Vegans or those with special dietary needs, Erin McKenna is the go to spot! This location serves up a variety of delicious donuts in a wide range of flavors.
You can choose from Cinnamon Sugar, Cookies and Cream, Coffee Crunch, Vanilla-dipped, Chocolate-dipped and Samoa. Trust me when I say that they’re all delicious! 
Specialty Shakes – Beaches & Cream- Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort
Beaches and Cream pulls out all of the stops when it come to their specialty shakes! Order up your Vanilla Shake with whipped cream and a variety of toppings including the adorable life-preserver donut!
You’ll find Beaches and Cream just a short walk from the International Gateway entrance at EPCOT making it a breeze to pop out of the park to try one of these goodies!
